What do you need a service package for?

The conclusion of a corresponding service package is required to use the trackilive services. The basic package includes the use of the devices in European countries. All our devices are delivered with a pre-configured SIM card. As soon as you sign up for a service, the SIM card is activated automatically and the data from your trackilive device is transferred to the trackilive platform.

After successful registration, you will receive your login data at the e-mail address you have provided and you can start tracking the device directly.
Use our iOS or Android app to track the device or view the current position directly from the website.

Would you like to use your trackilive device worldwide? Book worldwide coverage on a monthly basis as an add-on in your customer account.
