How to activate your trackilive GPS tracker
So that your GPS tracker works properly, the following steps will guide you through the activation process.
Make sure your tracking device is charged and turned on.
Take your GPS tracker outside or make sure it has a clear view of the sky and nothing is in the way.
Choose your service package and pay at checkout. It will take a maximum of 30 minutes to complete this step and have your tracker working properly.

When activating the trackilive Tracker, you can choose between three service packages. With monthly billing, payment is due once a month. In the case of semi-annual billing, payment is made every 6 months, and in the case of annual billing, every 12 months from the day of activation. You can see which service package you have purchased and when the next billing will take place in your customer account in the My Subscription area.
You can cancel at any time in your customer account in the “My subscription” area. The device will be deactivated on the last day of the current billing period.
You can extend the service package at any time in your customer account in the “My subscription” area. You will be charged on the day of the extension. You can also reactivate deactivated devices here
Payment for the service packages can be made either by credit card or by PayPal. Please select the appropriate payment method during the activation process.
All prices stated on the website include the statutory value-added tax of currently 19%. This is shown on the invoice. You will receive the invoice by e-mail after successful activation and you can also download it in your trackilive customer account.
